The project included new framing for three simulator bays, upgraded mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems, and the installation of premium finishes throughout. The finished space features professional golf simulators, a custom putting green, a snack bar with custom millwork, and pro-grade turf flooring—delivering a polished, modern environment that blends technology, design, and functionality.
