“Quality remodels on time and on budget. I wouldn’t have anyone else take care of our projects. They have the best communication and can be trusted with any project.”

We chose Vertical General Contracting for the construction of our new home, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. Choosing a builder is a major decision, and from the start, they were patient, professional, and responsive. Every time we had questions about budgets or timelines, they made themselves available and took the time to explain everything clearly. I also spoke with some of their previous clients and was reassured by the consistent praise for their work. I highly recommend them with total confidence.

I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding work provided by Vertical General Contracting! From start to finish, their team was professional, reliable, and highly skilled. They took the time to understand my vision and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The attention to detail, quality craftsmanship, and commitment to staying on schedule were truly impressive. Communication was seamless throughout the entire project, and any questions I had were addressed promptly. If you’re looking for a trustworthy contractor who delivers top-notch work, look no further than Vertical General Contracting. Highly recommend!

Nick from Vertical is a great contractor. If you need someone reliable for a home renovation project, he’s a great choice.

He recently completed a renovation for one of my clients on Long Boat Key and the results were excellent and  finished ahead of schedule. My client was very impressed.

He also kept the job site clean every day, which is rare and much appreciated.

I highly recommend Nick and the Vertical team.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a great experience working with Vertical Contracting in Tampa, FL. Nick Lund was instrumental in helping us navigate a very challenging permitting process with the City of Tampa. The city had numerous requirements and requests throughout the review process, but Nick's knowledge, professionalism, and persistence made everything run smoothly.

His guidance and communication helped keep the project moving forward, and thanks to his efforts, our airport project was able to stay on schedule and meet critical deadlines. We truly appreciate his dedication and would highly recommend Vertical Contracting to anyone needing permitting and construction support.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We were referred to Vertical GC by a neighbor that completed a similar project with them. I was impressed with the company’s follow up from the first site visit to project completion.

As with most major home renovations there are usually unexpected events that happen and there were a couple with our project. However, when we discussed them with Vertical GC, the immediate response was to remedy the situation to our satisfaction.

I would highly recommend the company and wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again! We are currently speaking with them for another project that we hope to start in the next few weeks.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We worked with Christian at Vertical to renovate our condo that was destroyed in the hurricane. Christian had to do a lot of hand holding with us as we were pretty clueless, but he was very patient and helped with suggestions and recommendations. His crew did beautiful work and was very detail oriented. We were very happy with how the condo turned out and would highly recommend Christian and Vertical General Contracting.

I worked with Vertical General Contracting on a home renovation, and they were amazing! Nick and his team were communicative, reliable, and exceeded my expectations with quality and detail. Highly recommend!

Our home was damaged due to flooding from Tropical Storm Debby. Christian got us back into our home in 2 months. We are so happy with all of the renovations and updates. Feels like a new home.

Nick with vertical General contracting was very helpful and timely with his response to the work I needed on my home. They came out and completed the work I needed and walked me through everything they did. I would hire them again for future projects.
